昔防虫効果に、雛人形の衣装等が蒸しに食われないように唐辛子を入れて収納していました。この事をもじって可愛い娘に悪い虫が付かないように、悪い虫を避けるようにとの願いを込めて。

Red pepper ↔ tou-garashi :
It is known to have protection from pests(insect pest).It seems to have protection from pests(skirt chaser).
